RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, Avalina will accept returned merchandise in it’s original condition when accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. We can either apply a 10% restocking fee and credit the remaining balance towards the original payment or extend a merchandise credit for the full amount, less return shipping towards a future purchase. 

Please contact us at sales@avalinak.com within 7 days of delivery for eligibility of a return. Your order must be returned with all its original packaging to ensure safety while in transit. Returns outside of the 7 days will be accepted for merchandise credit only.

Please note your return will go through Avalina’s quality control department upon arrival to inspect the condition of the jewelry. We cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, or damaged in any way. Avalina has the right to reject a return item if it does appear in its original condition.

We will refund your original payment within 7-10 business days. Original shipping will not be refunded. 

 

CUSTOM POLICY

We do not accept returns on our custom and personalized jewelry. If you are not happy with your custom order, please email us and we will work with you so that you are fully satisfied with your Avalina design! 


SHIPPING

All pieces are shipped via FedEx Next Day or 2-Day Delivery and fully insured. An adult signature is required for all deliveries valued over $500 . Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Next Day delivery $40 Flat Rate: Arrives in 1-2 Business Days
2- Day delivery $20 Flat Rate: Arrives in 3-5 Business Days
