Our custom process begins with you. . .
When creating your dream custom piece. There are 3 routes to pick from:
- Reimagine an existing Avalina design
- Create a custom silhouette
- Reset an heirloom stone
Your Vision
Describing your vision is key to making your custom piece. We recommend doing preliminary research through our collection and social media for inspiration, prior to your consultation
Studio Visit
Following your inquiry, we’ll reach out to schedule your in-person or virtual appointment with Alina, our designer. In-person appointment is available at White & Ivory Fine Jewelry, in Leesburg, VA
Proposal
Based on your studio visit, we’ll share a design proposal, including a detailed design description, pricing, and a visual mockup of your piece. The prices of our custom work will vary depending on the complexity of the design and the material
Production
Your custom Avalina piece will require 5-6 weeks for production once the design is finalized. Any integrated heirloom pieces will need to be received, in order the production timeline to begin. Our production time depends on the complexity of your design as well as the demand of custom work at the time. We will do our best to work with your desired timeline, but keep in mind that the more time we have, the better!
Once your custom piece is completed, we offer complimentary overnight shipping and pick-ups from our location.
